You can find the nutrition database at Find Nutritional Information and Facts. Look up a food item and then enter how much you plan to eat to see if it meets your nutritional goals.

Healthy2NITE is a New Recipe Website!
This is an exciting new website dedicated to healthy eating, low fat recipes, low fat diets, weight loss and an overall healthy diet for you… We are working on adding as many healthy, free recipes as we can. Please feel free to add one of your own by first registering, just remember, it has to pass the Healthy2NITE Healthy Meter test!
All listed recipes must have low calories and low fat
Once a recipe is added into the recipe database, you can view the nutritional values as well as a quick nutritional guide on the Healthy Meter. One thing to keep in mind is that no recipes on Healthy2NITE can have more than 500 calories per serving or more than 6g of saturated fat. When you submit a recipe to Healthy2NITE, the nutritional information is calculated as you add each ingredient. You can easily see how many calories or how much fat any ingredient adds to your recipe. Because of our healthy guidelines, you may have to change ingredients so that it passes the Healthy Meter test!

Healthy2NITE allows the creation of any recipe with either meat ingredients or all vegetarian ingredients so don't be scared of the healthy sounding name! As more healthy recipes are added, we will have a long list of chicken recipes, seafood recipes, vegetarian recipes and many others to help you plan a healthy diet!
As you submit a recipe, you can watch how the addition of each ingredient changes the nutritional information for your recipe.
All Recipes are Based on and Analyzed using the FDA Nutrition Database
This website uses the FDA nutrient database to allow you to develop healthy recipes and share them on the internet.
You can also use the Search the FDA Nutrition Database tool to find out nutritional information about many common foods. Once you register, you can also add recipes to “my recipes” and submit them to the public when you are finished. This will help you determine a healthy diet for you and your family.
