Ingredients:

1 tbsp Spices, chili powder

1 tsp, whole Spices, cumin seed

1/4 tsp Spices, pepper, black

1 tbsp Spices, pepper, red or cayenne

1 tbsp Spices, pepper, red, crushed

1 lb Poultry food products, ground turkey, raw

2 cloves Garlic, raw

1 cup, chopped Onions, raw

2 tbsp Peppers, chipotle, in adobo sauce

2 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, stewed

1/2 cup Tomato products, canned, sauce

1 package (10 oz) Vegetables, mixed, frozen, unprepared

1 1/2 cup Beans, kidney, red, mature seeds, canned

Directions:

Step 1:Cook ground turkey, chopped onion, and crushed garlic in large pan until turkey is cooked. Drain.10 mins
Step 2:Stir in two chopped chipotle peppers.1 min
Step 3:Add drained can of dark red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, frozen veggies, chili powder, red pepper flakes, ground cumin, pepper. Stir.2 mins
Step 4:Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes10 mins
