Recipe is For: Herbavore (Vegetarian)

Ingredients:

3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh

2 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground

1 tsp Salt, table

2 tsp Vanilla extract

1 1/2 cup Applesauce, canned, unsweetened, without added ascorbic acid

2 1/2 cup grated Carrots, raw

1 tsp Leavening agents, baking soda

2 cup Sugars, granulated

2 cup unsifted, dipped Wheat flour, white, cake, enriched

Directions:

Step 1:Shred carrots in food processor.5 mins
Step 2:Mix applesauce, sugar, and eggs.5 mins
Step 3:Mix flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt together before adding to moist mixture. Mix well.5 mins
Step 4:Add vanilla and carrots and lightly mix.5 mins
Step 5:Coat bunt pan with oil and flour. You may want to consider replacing the flour with sugar.5 mins
Step 6:Bake at 350 degrees.50 mins
