Ingredients:
1/8 tsp, leaves Spices, tarragon, dried
1/4 cup Mustard, prepared, yellow
3 bird whole Chicken, cornish game hens, meat only, raw
1/2 cup Lemon juice, canned or bottled
8 fl oz Alcoholic beverage, wine, table, white
1/4 cup Soy sauce made from soy and wheat (shoyu), low sodium
Directions:
| Step 1: | Cut hens in half and remove skin. | 10 mins |
| Step 2: | Place hens in a deep dish and pour lemon juice, soy sauce, and wine over hens. | 5 mins |
| Step 3: | Brush with grey poupon mustard and sprinkle with terragon leaves. | 5 mins |
| Step 4: | Bake at 300 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes. | 60 mins |
| Step 5: | Cook long grain rice. Serve with hens. | 30 mins |
