Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

2 cup, quartered or chopped Apples, raw, with skin

2 cup, chopped Cranberries, raw

1 cup Grapes, red or green (European type, such as Thompson seedless), raw

2 cup, crushed Pineapple, canned, juice pack, drained

1 cup, chopped Nuts, walnuts, english

1 cup 8 fl oz Water, tap, drinking

2 package (3 oz) Gelatin desserts, dry mix

1/2 cup Sugars, granulated

Directions:

Step 1:Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water. Chill until partially set.15 mins
Step 2:Grind cranberries in food processor and mix with sliced apples and sugar.10 mins
Step 3:Add sliced grapes to cranberry and apple mixture. Add drained pineapple and nuts.5 mins
Step 4:Pour mixture into a mold or a bowl. Stir in the partially set gelatin. Chill until firm.2 mins
