Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% milkfat, with added nonfat milk solids and vitamin A
3 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh
1/8 tsp Spices, nutmeg, ground
1/8 dash Salt, table
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1/3 cup Sugars, granulated
Directions:
| Step 1: | Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Beat the eggs slightly and add the sugar, salt, and vanilla. Mix together. | 5 mins |
| Step 2: | Slowly mix in the milk to the mixture. | 5 mins |
| Step 3: | Pour the mixture into 6 custard bowls placed in a pan. Pour hot water in the pan. Add enough water to fill just below the top of the custard bowls. | 5 mins |
| Step 4: | Place the pan in the oven and bake. Use a knife to test the custard. The knife will come out clean when the custard is ready. | 45 mins |
