Ingredients:
1/2 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated
1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking
2 tsp Margarine, regular, hard, soybean (hydrogenated)
1/8 tsp Sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, TABASCO
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice, raw
1/4 tsp Lemon peel, raw
5 cloves Garlic, raw
1/3 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw
2 tbsp Parsley, raw
1 lb Crustaceans, shrimp, mixed species, raw
Directions:
| Step 1: | Clean shrimp, mince scallions, chop or press garlic, mince parsley, grate lemon peel, grate parmesan cheese. | 10 mins |
| Step 2: | In wide frying pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Stir in scallions, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Cook until bubbly. | 2 mins |
