Ingredients:

1/2 cup Cheese, parmesan, grated

1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking

2 tsp Margarine, regular, hard, soybean (hydrogenated)

1/8 tsp Sauce, ready-to-serve, pepper, TABASCO

1/3 fl oz Lemon juice, raw

1/4 tsp Lemon peel, raw

5 cloves Garlic, raw

1/3 cup, chopped Onions, spring or scallions (includes tops and bulb), raw

2 tbsp Parsley, raw

1 lb Crustaceans, shrimp, mixed species, raw

Directions:

Step 1:Clean shrimp, mince scallions, chop or press garlic, mince parsley, grate lemon peel, grate parmesan cheese.10 mins
Step 2:In wide frying pan, melt butter over medium high heat. Stir in scallions, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt. Cook until bubbly.2 mins
Step 3:With heat still on medium high, add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally, until pink throughout.4 mins
Step 4:Stir in parsley, lemon peel, hot pepper seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Gently stir just until ingredients are well mixed and shrimp is evenly coated.1 min
