Fruit and Nuts Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

1/4 cup Cream, sour, cultured

1/8 tsp Spices, garlic powder

1/8 dash Spices, pepper, black

1/2 tsp Salt, table

1 cup Salad dressing, mayonnaise type, regular, with salt

4 cup, chopped or diced Chicken, broilers or fryers, light meat, meat only, cooked, roasted

1 1/2 cup Grapes, red or green (European type, such as Thompson seedless), raw

1 1/2 cup Tangerines, (mandarin oranges), canned, juice pack, drained

1 cup chopped Celery, raw

1/2 cup, slivered Nuts, almonds

Directions:

Step 1:Roast a whole chicken at 350 degrees in a bag.45 mins
Step 2:Let chicken cool. Debone chicken and cut into bite size pieces.15 mins
Step 3:Combine chicken, celery, almonds, oranges, omit for sandwiches, and grapes in a large bowl.5 mins
Step 4:In a small bowl mix the salad dressing, sour cream, and seasonings. Pour over chicken and mix carefully.5 mins
Step 5:Serve on a bed of lettuce or make sandwiches. Serves 8 salads or 12 sandwiches.5 mins
