This recipe is very easy and can be used on many types of fish including trout, flounder and tilapia. Tastes great and it takes no pots to prepare.

Overview:
Number of servings: 2
Meal: Dinner
Main Ingredient: Fish
Cuisine: American
Recipe is For: Omnivore (Meat and Veggies)
Ingredients:
1/4 tbsp Butter, without salt
1/2 tsp Spices, onion powder
1/2 tsp, ground Spices, oregano, dried
1/4 tsp Spices, paprika
1 dash Spices, pepper, black
1 dash Salt, table
2 fillet Fish, whitefish, mixed species, raw
Directions:
| Step 1: | Clean fish by rinsing in water and patting dry with a paper towel. Melt butter in microwave and brush onto fish. Use as little as possible. | 1 min |
| Step 2: | Sprinkle fish with spices to taste. We sometimes use a spice mix called salt free Greek seasoning. | 1 min |
| Step 3: | Fold a piece of aluminum foil in half so it is a little longer than the fish fillets. Then fold the corners up to make a little boat. Place fillets in the middle so they do not touch the folded up edges. This works great so you do not need a pan. | 1 min |
| Step 4: | Place on grill over medium heat, about 300 degrees F and grill for ten minutes. Check for doneness and remove and serve. | 10 mins |
