Ingredients:

1 1/2 tbsp Spices, chili powder

1 1/2 tbsp, whole Spices, cumin seed

1/2 tsp Spices, pepper, cayenne

1 tablespoon Oil, olive, salad or cooking

10 oz Chicken breast tenders, cooked, microwaved

2 can Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, packed in tomato juice, no salt added

1/2 cup Peppers, chili, green, canned

1 cup Beans, black, mature seeds, cooked, boiled, without salt

1 cup Corn, yellow

Directions:

Step 1:Stir in Chili powder and cumin in medium sauce pan with cooked chicken in olive oil at medium high heat.3 mins
