1/2 tsp Spices, cinnamon, ground

1/2 cup Cereals, QUAKER, Quick Oats, Dry

1/4 cup, packed Raisins, seedless

1/2 cup 8 fl oz Water, tap, drinking

1/2 tbsp Honey

1/2 cup Milk, fluid, nonfat, calcium fortified (fat free or skim)

Directions:

Step 1:Add all ingredients into a bowl, first the oatmeal than everything else. The raisins do not need to be measured exactly.2 mins
Step 2:Microwave on high for 2 minutes. You can add a splash of milk when the oatmeal is done to cool it down and make it more creamy.2 mins
