Scrambled Eggs with Sausage and Mixed Peppers

The sausage really makes the eggs, we freeze them with only two links in a bag so that we do not eat too many. The green and red peppers are really good too, which you can often find frozen.

2 large Egg, whole, raw, fresh

4 large Egg, white, raw, fresh

2 links Sausage, turkey, breakfast links, mild

1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, green, raw

1/4 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw

Directions:

Step 1:Chop up sausage into small pieces and brown in non stick pan on medium low heat.5 mins
Step 2:Add peppers and cook until desired tenderness.3 mins
Step 3:While sausage and peppers are cooking, add six eggs to a bowl and remove four of the yolks. Beat together. Add when peppers are ready and stir.3 mins
